Barber was an English jazz musician who scored a British isles prime 20 trad jazz hit with "Petite Fleur" in 1959 and served start off the Occupations of numerous musicians. One of them was banjo participant Lonnie Donegan, whose appearances with Barber brought on the skiffle trend from the mid-fifties along with his very first transatlantic strike
